Full amount deposit is required to guarantee reservation. Deposit check must be received within one week of e-mail confirmation. In cases of cancellation after a deposit is received, the reservation is subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Within 30 days of arrival or after occupancy, deposit will be forfeited unless dates can be re-booked. During Holiday times, cancellations must be received 60 days in advance to receive a refund.
